Zinc is an important supplement used for the maintenance of good health. Each Genestra’s Zinc tablet provides 15mg zinc from zinc aspartate.

Recommended Dose:

Adolescents (9-18 years): Take one tablet daily with meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
