Blessed Thistle has traditionally been used in European tonics for digestion. Blessed thistle may increase appetite. For feminine health it possibly is not only for menopause or menstrual cramping, but also attempts to stimulate blood flow to the mammary glands and to increase the flow of milk when breastfeeding.* It’s also in herbal medicine as part of liver cleanse or tonic, again, often in combination with other herbs.

Directions
